ScanBand® DR Thermal Patient ID Wristbands provide a durable and comfortable solution for adult patient identification. Direct thermal printing produces long-lasting, readable barcodes and patient information without requiring ink or toner. The wristbands are designed to resist fading, moisture, rubbing, alcohol, and hand sanitizer, helping maintain reliable patient identification throughout the patient's stay.
The smooth synthetic material provides patient comfort, while the tamper-evident adhesive closure helps keep the wristband securely in place. An antimicrobial coating provides an additional feature for healthcare environments. ScanBand® DR is compatible with most direct thermal printers and commonly used EMR systems, including Epic, Cerner, and Meditech.
This adult configuration uses a 1-1/2" core and is supplied with 200 bands per roll and 2 rolls per box, providing 400 bands per box. The product is available in four different color options: white, blue, yellow, and green, providing flexibility for color-coded patient identification workflows.
