The HID multiCLASS SE RP15 Mullion Contactless Smart Card Reader is part of HID Global's iCLASS SE platform, providing a flexible solution for organizations transitioning between legacy and next-generation credential technologies. Designed for mullion-style door installations, the RP15 features a narrow profile while supporting a broad range of contactless credentials, key fobs, and mobile devices for secure, convenient authentication.

The multiCLASS SE RP15 supports numerous credential technologies, including 13.56 MHz Seos®, iCLASS SE®, iCLASS®, MIFARE® Classic, and MIFARE DESFire® EV1 credentials, as well as 125 kHz proximity credentials. Configurable for HID Mobile Access, the reader also enables secure authentication using smartphones, wearables, and other compatible mobile devices. HID's Secure Identity Object (SIO®) technology provides an additional layer of encryption to help protect identity data, while support for Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP) enables secure bidirectional communication between the reader and the access control controller.

Engineered for long-term performance and sustainability, the HID multiCLASS SE RP15 incorporates intelligent power management that can reduce power consumption by up to 59%.
