The HID multiCLASS SE RP10 Mini-Mullion Contactless Smart Card Reader is part of HID Global's iCLASS SE platform, offering a versatile solution for organizations that require compatibility with both legacy and modern credential technologies. Configurable for HID Mobile Access, the reader also enables secure authentication using smartphones and other compatible mobile devices. HID's Secure Identity Object (SIO®) technology provides an additional layer of encryption to help protect credential data, while Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP) support enables secure bidirectional communication between the reader and the access control controller.
