The sheets combine wristbands and labels on a single sheet for convenient one-step printing through standard laser printers.

The center-aligned patient information printing area is designed to reduce band twisting, helping keep patient information and barcodes facing upward for easy scanning. A protective clear laminate is designed to help protect patient information from damage, smudging, and fading during use.
This configuration includes two adult wristbands, two pediatric wristbands, and two infant tags per sheet, providing a versatile solution for patient identification across adult, pediatric, and infant care environments. The product is supplied in white and packaged at 500 sheets per box.
