Datamate® Laser Patient ID Wristbands provide a convenient and reliable solution for adult patient identification using standard laser printers. This configuration combines one adult wristband with 20 additional labels per sheet, allowing patient information to be duplicated for various healthcare applications.
The wristband features a clear, fold-over protective window designed to help protect printed patient information from smearing and bleeding. The printing area accepts both linear and 2D barcodes, supporting efficient barcode scanning and patient identification workflows.
The tamper-evident design with holes is intended to promote patient safety by making unauthorized removal or tampering more apparent. The adhesive closure provides convenient application, while the laminate fold-over construction helps protect important patient information throughout use.
This adult configuration includes one adult wristband and 20 labels per sheet. The wristband is white, laser printable, made from poly/paper material, and supplied as 4 packs of 250 sheets per case, providing 1,000 sheets per case. The PDC part number is 9206-00-PDR.
